We’re looking for Social Media Marketing and Management professionals who will play a key role in Mad, leading and coordinating social media functions that allow customers to leverage the power of social and digital for their businesses.

You’ll be working alongside other members of the team to develop, manage, maintain and enhance our own as well as our customers’ social media accounts.

Functions and responsibilities:

  • Learn, understand and uphold the brand, brand guide and brand positioning of social media accounts and clients
  • Assign social media accounts to social media associates and manage the social media function and processes effectively
  • Ensure that social media associates develop content aligned with the client’s directions and themes
  • Develop social media content that is smart, engaging and error-free
  • Ensure social media posts are scheduled, come-out as intended, and with approved advertising budgets
  • Conceptualize and enjoin other team members to co-conceive social media campaigns for assigned clients
  • Maximize client’s social media and advertising budgets
  • Meet with clients from time-to-time to align on projects and social media accounts
  • Coordinate with Design and other relevant team members for social media and campaign requirements as needed
  • Keep abreast with social media marketing trends for implementation across clients and projects
  • Grow and manage the social media management team
