HR Associate

We’re looking for an HR Associate who will play a key role in Mad’s team management. The HR Associate will provide support on the management of human resources and delivery of HR solutions and implementation of HR programs to the team.

You’ll be working alongside other members of the team to provide effective and efficient administrative/transactional support.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compensation and benefits consistency in implementation
  • Execution of company-wide engagement programs to operations
  • Implementation of labor management system
  • Facilitation of talent management initiatives which may include talent acquisition, assessment, and succession planning
  • Learning and development program employment
  • Strategic employment program

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, psychology or equivalent
  • Compensation and benefits experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome
  • Must be a team player and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • With high standards of personal leadership, ethical behavior, and professionalism
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
  • Able to multi-task with flexibility
  • Proficiency in computer operations (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Willing to be trained in other HR functions, as needed

Jr. / Sr. Graphic Designer

As a Creative and Graphic Designer, you will take creative briefs, digest these and translate them into posters, advertisements, social media marketing materials, flyers, brochures, websites, landing pages and other marketing and communication materials for print and digital release. Our ideal candidate is also knowledgeable in developing video materials and understands the basics of photography. 

You will work closely with other team members to deliver client requirements effectively and efficiently. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphic Design or equivalent.

You’ll be working alongside other members of the team to develop, manage, maintain and enhance our own as well as our customers’ social media accounts.

Functions and responsibilities:

  • Learn, understand and uphold the brand, brand guide and brand positioning of social media accounts and clients
  • Assign social media accounts to social media associates and manage the social media function and processes effectively
  • Ensure that social media associates develop content aligned with the client’s directions and themes
  • Develop social media content that is smart, engaging and error-free
  • Ensure social media posts are scheduled, come-out as intended, and with approved advertising budgets
  • Conceptualize and enjoin other team members to co-conceive social media campaigns for assigned clients
  • Maximize client’s social media and advertising budgets
  • Meet with clients from time-to-time to align on projects and social media accounts
  • Coordinate with Design and other relevant team members for social media and campaign requirements as needed
  • Keep abreast with social media marketing trends for implementation across clients and projects
  • Grow and manage the social media management team

Full Stack Developer Skills and Expertise:

  • Design overall architecture of the web application.
