We’re looking for an HR Associate who will play a key role in Mad’s team management. The HR Associate will provide support on the management of human resources and delivery of HR solutions and implementation of HR programs to the team.
You’ll be working alongside other members of the team to provide effective and efficient administrative/transactional support.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compensation and benefits consistency in implementation
- Execution of company-wide engagement programs to operations
- Implementation of labor management system
- Facilitation of talent management initiatives which may include talent acquisition, assessment, and succession planning
- Learning and development program employment
- Strategic employment program
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, psychology or equivalent
- Compensation and benefits experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome
- Must be a team player and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- With high standards of personal leadership, ethical behavior, and professionalism
- Able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Able to multi-task with flexibility
- Proficiency in computer operations (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Willing to be trained in other HR functions, as needed
